Step 1: Download the Trackman App
You need the Trackman App to to start your session when you get to a Five Under Golf facility.
It's not just for access, it will record your sessions, help you track your progress, browse courses, and let you join in with local and global tournaments.
Step 2: Book your Tee Time
Head on over to our booking site to select when you want to play, and how long for. You can book one to three hours for 1-4 players. Our facility is appointment only, You must book online, there are no walk ins.
You may have to create a Your Golf Booking account to make your booking- Don't worry, it's quick and easy to do.
Step 3: Come on Down!
You are ready to go! You will be sent a booking confirmation email that confirms your session. This email also contains your session-specific Openpath door code that will open the secure door to our facility , and a Trackman session PIN code that will unlock the simulator.

Aim to arrive at our location 5 mins before your session starts. Our smart security system will not allow you to enter before that.

Enter your door code to open the facility (remember to press enter!) , closing the door behind you.

If you have driven to our site, ensure you scan the parking QR code that is inside the door, and enter your vehicle details to avoid a parking fine. Five Under Golf will not be responsible for any parking fines resulting from the use of our facility​
Step 4: The 1st Tee awaits....
Let's get going. Log in to Trackman to get started:

Make your way into the hitting bay where your session details will be waiting for you on screen.

Enter the Trackman PIN from your booking confirmation email on the touchscreen to unlock the bay.

Open your Trackman app, select the 'quickplay' option and scan the QR code on the projector screen or touchscreen monitor.

If you have guests with you, they can login with their own apps, or set them up as guests on the touch screen.

Select your play mode from the options on the touch screen

Tee it up and go!
Step 5: Sign your Scorecard
Sadly, All good things come to an end.*
5 minutes before your session ends, Trackman will show a countdown timer on the screen. When you see this, we'd ask you to begin to close out your round so that the next players can get started on time. When the timer ends Trackman will close your session immediately.
As you leave we would ask you to:

Put broken tees and any litter from your session in the bin by the door

Return the Five Under Golf supplied balls to the rack. Note: They are programmed to head straight into the woods if they leave the building.​

Leave the facility promptly so the next players can play without interruption
