Terms and Conditions

# Five Under Golf Ltd. Terms & Conditions V1 – April 2025

When you book with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

 

1.1 Booking

  • Bookings can be made online via our website only. Walk-up appointments or alternative booking methods are not available.

  • You can book up to 30 days in advance and hold a maximum of four upcoming reservations within that period.

  • Each reservation allows up to 4 hours for 1–4 players.

  • You are responsible for all individuals under your booking while at the venue.

 

1.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment on arrival is not accepted, and no cash or alternative payment methods are kept at the venue.

 

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  •  Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time.

  • Cancellations must be made online via our central booking system or via email (admin@fiveundergolf.com).

  • All bookings are subject to validation. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings at any time. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Use of the Venue

 

2.1 Parking

  • Parking is available in designated bays and is subject to fees and patrols (including ANPR cameras).

  • A QR code is available inside the venue to register your vehicle(s) and claim free parking during your visit.

  • You must register your vehicle upon arrival. Five Under Golf Ltd. is not responsible for any fines incurred.

 

2.2 Fire Safety

  • As the venue is self-service with no staff onsite, please follow posted fire safety instructions by the main entrance.

  • If you have conditions affecting your ability to evacuate quickly, contact us prior to your booking.

 

2.3 CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout the facility for safety and security. Footage is stored securely and accessed only when necessary.

 

2.4 Venue Rules

  • Use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

  • No animals are permitted except medically approved service animals.

  • Minors (under 18) must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

  • The venue is for golf simulator use only.

  • Illegal activities or those causing harm, damage, or disturbance are prohibited.

  • Keep music/video volume at a respectful level.

  • Do not tamper with lighting, heating, or electrical systems—except designated simulator bay lighting or streaming systems.

  • Exit the venue within 5 minutes after your session and leave it clean. Use the provided bins.

  • Secure the venue by closing the entrance door completely upon exit.

 

2.5 Simulator Use

 

2.5.1 Golf Balls and Tees

  • We supply all balls and tees. Use of personal balls is prohibited and may result in charges for damage.

  • All provided balls and tees remain our property and must not be removed.

 

2.5.2 Golf Clubs

Bring your own clubs. They must be clean and safe to use. You are liable for any damage caused by faulty clubs.

 

2.5.3 Playing Area

  • The playing area includes the simulator bay from the hitting mat to the screen.

  • Only one person may be in the playing area at a time; others should remain seated and aware of the activities of others, especially the player on the hitting mat

  • All shots must be taken from the hitting mat only. Damage from shots made outside this area will result in immediate charges.

 

2.6 Food and Drink

  • You may bring or purchase food and drinks from our honesty bar.

  • No food or drink is allowed in the Simulator Bay; use the lounge area.

  • You are permitted to bring alcohol into the facility. However, if you're under the influence, we reserve the right to cancel your session without a refund.

 

2.7 Smoking and Drugs

  • Smoking, vaping, and use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

 

2.8 Accident Reporting

All accidents or near misses must be reported via email to admin@fiveundergolf.co.uk, including time and nature of the incident.

3. Liability3.1 Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume that the use of the Venue involves inherent risks and participate in activities at your own risk and fully release Five Under Golf Limited from liability for any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, death, property damage, or other loss suffered in connection with the use of the venue, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise injuries or damages incurred before, during or after their visit.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that you and anyone in your party, use the Venue in a safe manner and in accordance with the instructions provided.

You acknowledge that the Venue is unmanned, and as such, no staff or personnel will be present to assist or supervise you use of the facility

​

Liability is at each golfer's own risk and we encourage individual golf insurance cover.

​

3.2 Damage Responsibility

You are fully responsible for any damage caused to the Venue resulting from their use, misuse, or negligent operation of the equipment. You agree to fully reimburse Five Under Golf Limited for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged property, equipment, or fixtures resulting from such damage.

3.3 Personal Property

You acknowledge that Five Under Golf Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

3.4 Exclusions

This waiver does not exclude liability for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of Five Under Golf Limited.

4. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If dissatisfied with our services, contact us at admin@fiveundergolf.co.uk We aim to respond within 14 days. If unsatisfied, you may contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. For details on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Data Protection Policy at www.fiveundergolf.co.uk. This policy outlines your rights and how to opt out of marketing.

​

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, regulations).

 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Five Under Golf Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not book or use our services.
